At Quick Clouds Vape Shop & Delivery we are cognizant of the Coronavirus and its threat to our customers and our team.
Here are the things we do regularly to continue to prevent the spread of virus:
Everyone on our team is vaccinated completely. It is a requirement that we as a team have agreed on to best keep us all (you, too) safe in a place we love!
When boosters are recommended, our team has taken them.
Surfaces are sanitized between customer groups.
Hand Sanitizer is available for customers and team members at checkout stations and throughout the shop.
We sanitize our hands between customers.
We have acrylic screens (sneeze guards) on each display separating the customer/team member.
Masks are always welcomed and encouraged when recommended by the CDC.
We have conversations between team members to regularly update policies/expectations and address concerns.

Local Delivery HOURS:
We deliver to most of the Denver metro (not downtown)!
If an order is received outside of hours we will attempt delivery the next day.
We reach out before driving to delivery locations to inform customer of their order in the route. If no contact can be made, we do NOT deliver.
We deliver to home and work addresses!
Bulk deals are automatically calculated at checkout.
If at checkout you receive a message that we cannot deliver items in your cart to the selected address, you are likely out of delivery range. In that event, request your zip code here...or use our CURBSIDE Pickup option!

Steps for Curbside Pickup at Quick Clouds
It's super easy, too!
1. Add Products to Your Cart!
Just shop from our shop here at vape2me.com, add all the products you would normally find in our shop (the inventory is synced with our in-store selection and quantities).
2. Select Pickup at Checkout BEFORE entering your Address!
At checkout, make sure you FIRST select pickup, BEFORE entering your address.
(We are working on this kink. But basically, if you enter your address first, our system assumes you choose delivery/shipping instead.)
Give us a call with any questions/issues you may have. We work hard to make sure the website/checkout is user friendly. But we are here for you during regular business hours for any assistance you may need. The number is Call us at 720-701-0586
3. Verify your AGE
Upon completion of checkout you will receive an email with instructions to verify your age. We still will ask to check ID when the order is picked up. So if you'd prefer to JUST have it verified upon pickup, no problem, continue to the next step!
4. Contact after Checkout
We are notified of every order when it comes in; and we try to immediately package the products up for your arrival and contact you to let you know it is ready. Still, we do get very busy and you are welcome to call when you are on your way to ensure efficiency.
5. Pick Up Order!
If you prefer no-contact, Pull up to the Curb and Call Call us at 720-701-0586 ; A Quick Clouds' team member will bring your order to your vehicle, verify ID and send you on your way!
