Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects

You may request an exchange for any device with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase.
To process your exchange, the device must be returned with the original receipt.

In-Store Credit

In certain cases, we may offer in-store credit for specific products.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be in the same condition it was sold, unopened, and in the original box.
- Be accompanied by the original receipt.

No Cash Refunds
